Tilbury Plant Manager, Gavin Cowen, celebrated his team’s amazing achievements by having an Oscars style award ceremony at a local hotel.  Amongst the achievements were – 9 years LTI free; CVA+ 2016; re-certification of the OHAS 18001 Health & Safety management system; ISO14001 re-certification; ISO90001 quality re-certification and many more!  Even Tracey the buffet lady got a bunch of flowers!

We couldn’t include all the photos of the teams and individuals that Gavin thanked at the ceremony, but it just goes to show what a fantastic group of people work at Tilbury.

Congratulations to Gavin and the team for the last 9 years of dedication and hard work; and by the looks of the photos a bit of fun as well!!
