We were delighted this week to welcome Vaughan Gething, Member of the Senedd for Cardiff South and Penarth and Welsh Government Minister for the Economy to visit our Cardiff Aggregates wharf.

Whilst on the visit, we were able to show Vaughan the site, and discuss how it operates, along with discussing the opportunities for industry in Wales, the projects that we are supplying from Cardiff, the important role that the minerals industry has to play in Wales and the UK, our commitment to biodiversity, and Cemex’s path towards Net Zero and decarbonisation.

We look forward to supporting the Welsh government on their plans for industry, manufacturing, and net zero, and to working with Vaughan and his team going forward.
