Every year, the We’X Employee Experience Survey gives everyone at Cemex the chance to share what’s working, what’s not, and what could make our day-to-day experience even better. It’s more than a survey; it’s
your opportunity to speak openly and help shape a workplace that reflects what matters to you. Your perspective helps us see the bigger picture and make smarter decisions for everyone.
The survey will open on Tuesday 3rd November. It’s confidential and all employees across Cemex are invited to complete the survey. You will be able to access the survey either by the personalised link sent to your Cemex email address, or by QR code and via URL on any smart device or computer (for those without a Cemex email address). It is administered by a third-party company called Qualtrics, so please look out for the email from [email protected] on Tuesday 3rd November.
