Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the need for caution when passing items between each other, employees are encouraged to complete the survey via their PC or individual mobile device. Where it is necessary to use shared workstations, tablet devices or mobile phones, it is important that physical distancing (2 metres), personal hygiene and other protective measures are followed.
In particular wash/sanitise hands before and after use, avoid skin to skin contact, disinfect the workstation area/equipment after each use, follow maximum room occupancy requirements and wear a face covering as necessary… “Mask & Move”.
