Forty years ago Glyn Richards, walked into a CEMEX quarry for the first time thinking, “this job will do for 6 months while I settle into life in England.”

That quarry has long since gone but Glyn is still here!!

“It has to be said that I have had an incredible journey during that forty years.” said Glyn, “I have met, worked with and made friends with many amazing people. I have also met a few that I found “amazing” for other reasons!!!

I want extend my thanks to all those who helped and supported me in my career and to my team who put up with me being right all the time even when I might be just a tiny bit wrong.
