Flight Sergeant, Mick O’Gorman, soon to be coming out of the armed forces, was struggling to find anyone to give him industry work experience.  Carl Platt noticed his messages on Linked In and swung into action.  Carl Milton and Tom Colley contacted Mick to offer him some experience at our Selby Plant. The team at Selby offered Mick a week of work experience and insight into our business.

Mick spent a large amount of time with the drivers and was extremely impressed with their professionalism and calm, sometimes with less than calm customers!

Hopefully Mick enjoyed his week and may even go on to work for CEMEX.  Well done to Carl, Carl, Tom and the Selby Team for spotting an opportunity to help an ex-serviceman and to help CEMEX!
