Following the latest Pulse check survey at the end of 2016, our business leaders have continued to invest time discussing the results with employees– during communications forums, team meetings and focus groups.
The feedback received during these sessions helps to create and refine our ongoing action plans.
We know that in the last UK engagement survey results as a whole increased from 64% to 76% which is a significant step in the right direction, however we also know that there is still opportunity to improve and we want to make CEMEX the best place to work for all our employees.
As a result the 2017 UK action plan is now available for you to view on the UK Voices into Actions community on SHIFT, this is also being communicated and implemented by our management teams across the UK
