Sustainability Manager, Sean Cassidy, shared some photos of what looks like a nature reserve but is actually St. Helens Concrete plant on Merseyside.

St. Helens is the first plant to be included in the Net Gain for Nature initiative. During a recent check Sean managed to spot some Southern Marsh Orchids!

These photo highlight the fact if, given time and space even, urban sites can protect rarer species.
