Both Aggregates and Readymix teams have been working hard together at Dagenham Wharf on a new project which will see the majority of London’s waste concrete brought into the site, crushed and screened – ready to be reused back into finished products.

Jamie Keeble, Quarry Manager, continues: “We have worked closely with the CEMEX Sustainability team to ensure all environmental permits are in place and adhered to. We have received much appreciation for ‘tidying up’ the unused part of the site which was holding approximately 10,000 Tonnes of unusable materials. This is a good example of us working as one CEMEX, and evidence that JUSTCI is in full swing at Dagenham Wharf.
