This month’s Action for Nature encourages colleagues to give wildlife a helping hand as autumn approaches by leaving seed heads and fallen leaves in gardens and outdoor spaces, providing food and shelter for birds, insects and other species preparing for winter.

The Blog also features a Focus on Fens, exploring why these rare wetlands are so important for biodiversity and how active management helps preserve them for future generations.
