If you are based in the West Midlands/Warwickshire area and would like to take part in a Cemex Lend a Hand activity, we have a volunteering opportunity with the Historic Coventry Trust.
The Historic Coventry Trust is an entrepreneurial heritage development trust which aims to bring new life to the city’s heritage, finding innovative ways to sustain historic places and to inspire, involve and connect people with the city’s history.
Based at Charterhouse, London Road, Coventry, they have opportunities in the garden and parkland.
Tasks include things such as litter picking, maintenance in London Road Cemetery, clearing paths in the parkland.
Volunteering is part of Cemex’s commitment to sustainable development, and employees are encouraged to actively engage in activities that contribute to improving the quality of life and well-being in cities and communities where we live and operate. Our Cemex Global Volunteering Guidelines support our employees to volunteer during work hours and on weekends, allowing them to share the experience with their families.
