During August & September the Logistics Commercial Haulage Team delivered 5 Haulier Health & Safety Leadership workshops across the UK.

Attended by 55 of our Primary Aggregates, Asphalt & Building Products hauliers the days were a great success with positive feedback from all those who attended. With these hauliers representing nearly 60% of the UK subcontractor delivery volumes the days were a key opportunity to engage these key partners and help close the gap to Zero harm.

Key topics covered included Driver Health & Wellbeing, Vehicle Rollovers and the upcoming MPA Minimum Vehicle Standards.

The days were well supported internally with colleagues from Logistics Operations, Readymix, Aggregates and Asphalt all making time to engage with our key haulage partners.
