One of our quarry teams came up with a great solution to help climb over some large pipes on site,

Edga Dapsauskas, one of our Ags trainee managers, was in on the team. They came up with an idea of building a set of steps out of some scrap metal they had on site. Their fitter helped make the steps, which only cost the tin of paint and some time. This is a great example of stepping in to avoid slips, trips and falls. Well done to the team.
