On a sombre note, the end of this week marks the anniversary of the death of our colleague, Jimmy Brownlie. Jimmy died in a workplace incident at our West Calder Factory on 13th May last year.
It would be fitting to take time this week to reflect on our personal Health and Safety leadership to consider if we do enough to ensure our own safety and the safety of our colleagues, and whether we have done all we can to ensure such a tragic event cannot be repeated.
