Action for Happiness

Movement can bring amazing benefits for our minds and bodies. So, this April’s Action for Happiness theme is ‘Active April’ and encourages you to get active in whatever way best works for you.

With the longer daylight hours bringing a motivation to be outside, the new Active April calendar is full of tips to motivate us all to get moving a bit more, step away from our desks and ease us all through April.
