Following the example of the Team at Salford Aggregates, Southern Local Asphalt Nottingham has joined in with ‘Fit for Life’ campaign.

All of the staff are determined to lose a few pounds, do more exercise and generally get a little fitter.

The weigh in weight was 440kg.

There will be updates during the year to see how they get on.
