Please make sure you are all aware of our Health & Safety policies and procedures such as the Health & Safety essentials, driver essentials, stop and think and step in, and make sure you have a safety induction at each site you visit. Every employee has a responsibility to uphold these essentials to make sure we all go home safely to our families.

If, for any reason, there is a breach of these policies please be aware that there is a consistent and fair approach to dealing with such incidents.  CEMEX UK has a disciplinary procedure to make sure that any breaches are dealt with appropriately.
