Simple large graphics have been used to great effect at Rugby on the lifts to reinforce messages about Stepping In and going home safely to our families every day.As employees wait for the arrival of the lifts there are clear images of children in safety PPE reminding us all to come home safely, and on the mirrors inside the lifts are large STEP IN decals to reinforce the need for everyone to do just that if ever we see an unsafe act.
