Last week there was an incident where an employee twisted his knee when he stepped onto a pre-cast component that had fallen to the ground unnoticed on a production line.   He then had to be put on restricted duties due to the injury.  This is the third incident due to slip, trips and falls this year.

Please use this as a spur to stop this trend and maintain good housekeeping standards, get a grip on steps and stairways and always follow designated walkways.
