A new Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) poster is now available to help colleagues get the most value from VFL visits across our operations.

The poster reinforces that VFL visits are not inspections – they are an opportunity for leaders to learn, understand and support teams by engaging in open, meaningful conversations about wellbeing, safety and site activities. It encourages colleagues to share what’s going well, discuss any challenges, and identify where additional support may be needed.
