A common theme running throughout these examples is the depth of engagement and collaboration with the contractors; operations can ensure close partnerships with contractors through initiatives such as Contractor Health and Safety forums and recognition programmes. During this quarter, Managers and Supervisors are reminded to continue to focus on contractors during on-site VFL discussions, where we have been challenged to ensure between 50% and 75% of these discussions take place with contractors.
