Healthy weight = healthier heart

Obesity or being over-weight puts people at serious risk for many chronic diseases and increases the risk of severe illness from COVID-19.  Even being slightly overweight increases your chances of getting heart disease, stroke, diabetes and also some cancers such as breast, liver and prostate.
