As part of CEMEX’s 2021 Mental Health campaign, the Health & Safety team have created a video and poster detailing how employees can recognise stress, with simple tips and advice about where to go for help.

With the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic and ongoing lockdown measures mental health has never been more important – so do look out for each other and take care of yourself.
