Following the recent Isolation review and updated LOTOTO training it has been decided by some Quarries that they will use personalised lock off tags. 

Sian Trow, Assistant Quarry Manager, explains: “Multiple tags have been issued to each employee for situations which require auxiliary equipment being locked off. These tags show each employee’s picture which personalise them and give any other employees/contractors the ability to see who has locked off the equipment for easy identification.”
