Middlegate Lane Quarry, South Ferriby, has passed another LTI milestone. The Quarry has now operated for 18 years since its last LTI. This is a tremendous achievement on any level and one everyone at both the Quarry and South Ferriby Cement Plant are proud of and are absolutely determined to prolong indefinitely. Jan Peters – South Ferriby Cement Director, comments: “During this time the Quarry has safely delivered 14 million tonnes of high quality chalk and clay to the Cement Plant ensuring a continuous process.
