Congratulations to the team at Divet Hill Quarry who have applied our Operational Excellence principles to maximum effect. The photo shows the processing layout and stockyard with newly restored land in the background.

A combination of waste walks, problem solving and quality led to site splitting the primary cone from the primary jaw to reduce downtime when moving. The stockpiles are logically placed moving from dust on the left to coarse and fills on the right whilst also creating a barrier between Quarry processing plant and LGV loading.  This has all made the site safer and more effective.
