Thank you to all those who attended the New Year Training sessions and for those who completed the feedback form. This is vital for us to continuously improve through getting open and honest opinions, which allows us to look at what’s working and what can be improved.

Obviously, this year had to be delivered differently in most cases and some of the negative feedback was due to IT issues/speed (about 5%).

We must also thank the session supports who facilitated the delivery and the discussions.
