Sadly, the UK are still struggling to return to ZERO Harm performance.  We suffered an LTI to a contractor involved in the decommissioning of IT equipment at Thorpe.  The contractor suffered severe injuries, including a broken bone in his knee and two deep lacerations to his arm and leg whilst moving a gas cylinder.

The incident highlights the potential for injury in any aspect of our operations, including office environments, and the need to ensure all tasks are properly planned and supervised with specific risk assessments and methods of work being discussed with personnel during their induction.
