I’m extremely disappointed that after all the great work that we have been doing on preventing vehicles roll-overs we are still hurting our drivers. In particular I’m very upset about this incident as the driver was not inducted, was not wearing the seat belt while tipping and nobody STEPPED IN. Please lets redouble our efforts to stop these incidents happening.
