Recently Rugby and Tilbury received some colleagues from the US Cement Operations.

This was an opportunity to share best practice and a chance for the two plants to show how far they have travelled on the journey to achieve ZERO INJURIES. Everyone involved had a great time sharing their experiences and both plants received some excellent feedback.
