It is great to see the Take 5 booklet being used by Christopher Moore and team at Builth Wells plant.

Take 5 is a tool that enables us to make a personal assessment just before starting a task, supporting our STOP & THINK culture.

Thank you to South West and Wales for embracing this tool, which started with a full area standdown at the weekend so that training could be completed by all in the Operations team. Also, many thanks to the Shipping and Commercial team for liaising with customers to explain the reasons for the standdown, showing our commitment to safety as our number one priority.
