In order to support the contractor safety campaign we have running throughout this third quarter of the year the H&S team have produced some guidelines to aid those involved in Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) Tours.  Managers and Supervisors are asked to support the campaign and help keep our contractor partners safe, by ensuring between 50 and 75% of their VFLs are carried out with contractors during this quarter, either on-site or with drivers on-road.

We all have an opportunity to show our personal health and safety leadership by regularly discussing health and safety with contractors, ensuring they work safely and taking the time to Step In if we see something we believe may be unsafe.
