Face coverings are now becoming a part of everyday life, as different areas in the UK specify requirements for when and where they should be worn

• England: Must be worn at hospitals by staff, visitors and outpatients, and on public transport.

• Scotland: Must be worn on public transport and recommended in enclosed public spaces such as shops.

• Wales: Recommended on public transport and in other settings where physical distancing is difficult.
