Congratulations to all for a LTI and TRI free week. This is our seventh consecutive week being TRI-free for employees, showing we can achieve this level of performance consistently. We must aim at replicating it every day on every site, which requires above all a risk-free attitude – being 100% alert, never let anyone relax about  safety, Step-In, always plan-do-check-act and apply our policies and procedures scrupulously.

I would like to draw your attentions again on risks related to isolation of machinery and equipment: unfortunately the on-going thorough audit of our isolations systems in our Plants has revealed some exceptions that we are expeditiously correcting. This should reinforce everyone’s attention during permit to work preparation, ensuring that all necessary equipment are isolated and that isolation systems are checked prior to work beginning.
