CEMEX has announced the following changes in its global management structure, which will take effect on 1st September 2019
Jaime Muguiro Dominguez, current President of CEMEX for Central, South America and the Caribbean, and CEO and General Director of CEMEX Latam Holdings, SA (“CLH), was appointed President of CEMEX United States.
Jesus V. Gonzalez Herrera, current Executive Vice President of Sustainability and Operations Development, was appointed President of CEMEX for Central, South America and the Caribbean. Additionally, Mr. González was appointed General Director of CLH by the CLH Board of Directors on 6th August 2019.
Juan Romero Torres, current Executive Vice President of Global Commercial Development, was appointed Executive Vice President of Sustainability and Commercial Development and Operations. This new position combines the current responsibilities of Mr. Romero with the responsibilities of the Executive Vice Presidency of Sustainability and Operations Development, which includes the areas of Health and Safety, Operations and Technology, Energy, Supply, Sustainability, and Research and Development.
