A new service is being launched to enable any details that we gain on the sector and customers can be circulated. A key element to helping manage our customer credit lines is to ensure we have accurate, timely updates on any matters which may affect their trading.  We collectively have a lot of customer and market knowledge, and the new service provides a facility where any details you may receive or hear can be sent and reviewed.

A weekly ‘Credit Intelligence Report’ will be circulated with any key updates taken from information received or picked up, and it will also highlight any concerns or particular businesses/customers that are being monitored.

A central Email facility has been set up – ‘GB-Credit Team’ to send information to, although we would still encourage you to also liaise with the Credit Mangers with any key updates.

The Construction sector has generally picked up, however, there still remains pressure on businesses and companies throughout the supply chain and we need to remain vigilant.
