Information is essential for our daily operations and for strategic decision-making. In order to protect it CEMEX has implemented a set of policies, procedures and controls to avoid information leaks, losses, and unauthorised access; however, it is also indispensible to count on the collaboration of all employees.

Please consider the following recommendations if you are owner or administrator of information repositories such as shared folders or Shift restricted communities:

1. Determine who should have access to the information repository.
2. Get a complete list of people who currently have access to the information repository.
3. Compare and delete all unauthorised accesses.

Remember, protecting CEMEX information is everyones responsibility.
