Rail Solutions Washwood Heath in 2014 broke all previous production and loading records: 600,000 Sleepers were produced and loaded during the year with the previous best being 580,000!  This was achieved with no customer complaints and the lowest reject level in 15 years.

Plant Manager, Terry Gillooly, said: “This is an outstanding achievement and is all down to the hard work and enthusiasm from each department from production, loading, yard and maintenance and we are very well supported from our Technical and Sales Teams.

A special mention must go to the members of the Team who worked day and night shift over the Christmas period to ensure our customers had the product they required. With customers’ requirements ever changing we look forward to the challenges that 2015 will bring.”
