Western Europe Materials (WEM) low cost country purchasing – finding the best global suppliers – has provided the UK with new conveyor belt parts manufactured in China.  The parts landed in the UK after a 5,000-mile trip and have provided approx. 30% saving to our business.

The first UK site deliveries have begun in readiness for installation across various Aggregate/Asphalt sites. Thanks goes to the wider group effort of the WEM Procurement & Operations team for their continued input and support.
