The automated email deletion process was initiated on 2nd February 2026. According to Cemex’s Global Data Retention Policy, all emails older than 180 days will be automatically deleted unless tagged for Voluntary retention (5 years) or Legal retention (10 years) to meet operational or legal requirements.
Important reminder: Regularly check your inbox and apply retention tags based on how relevant each email is either to your daily operations and tasks, or to any legal requirements. Please note that emails without tags, that are older than 180 days, will be deleted daily and cannot be recovered.
