Technical Development Team Visits The New Readymix Customer Services Centre

Matt Saunders, Katy Leighton, Amanda Walker and Tamsin Rodriguez recently facilitated a visit from the Team currently on the Technical Development Programme.  They spent 4 hours with our Customer Service Team and gave some really positive feed-back on both the centre and the agents.

The Technical Development Programme is an 18 month internal development programme intended to develop the skills and knowledge required for our future Technical Managers across the business portfolio. The current cohorts are 12 months into the programme and already 4 of them have been promoted to more senior Technical roles.

A new programme will be launched in 2016 and applications will be invited in the New Year.
