Cluster 17/16’s own Paul Nicholson reached 25 years service on Friday 20th January.

Paul has done many roles within Readymix from Batcher to Relief, from Minimix and 6m mixer truck Driver, to his current role as Team Leader.

His idea of a door switch to reduce electric usage on mess room and batch office doors has recently won the UK’s Sustainability award. He has completed many improvements around his Plants and is very proactive in his attitude to have the Plants right for the Plant Supervisors and efficiency in Plant performance.

Congratulations to Paul and well done for standing the test of time. With his reward from CEMEX he has bought two iPads and a laptop for the family.
