When Simon Dyson started work on the 26th January 1987 at Parkgate (Rotherham Plant), his job was to ensure all the aggregates were loaded in to the correct bins and keep the Plant fed.

Ops Supervisor, Roger Taylor, commented: “Simon has carried out various jobs for RMC/CEMEX and has never left work for the day without giving 110%.  This passion for his work is infectious and has rubbed off on many of his colleagues, including myself.

Simon is a key member of the Cluster 7 Team and is very pro-active in improving the culture/ conditions in the area. He is a real asset for CEMEX.
