New Engagement Poster

You will start to see Engagement update posters like this one appearing at all sites this week and next.  They were recently posted out to all sites with instructions to add to noticeboards.  Here is the message from Michel Andre sent with the posters:

“Following the results of our Engagement Survey in October 2017, please see enclosed a new “Voices Into Actions” poster for your site which is a reminder with these key messages –

  • IT’S GOOD TO TALK – ask your Manager now for an update on your local engagement action plan
  • As a business we will now focus on:
  1. Becoming truly customer-centric
  2. Making it easier for us to work together and easier for our customers to do business with us
  3. Promoting a high-performance and caring leadership style

These posters are being sent to all our sites – please replace the current “Voices Into Actions” posters with the new ones and display in your work areas – offices, canteens, technical labs, batch cabins, weighbridges, notice-boards.

For more information, please talk with your Line Managers and through your Communication Forums. Please share any improvement ideas you have with your Manager at any time – don’t wait for surveys to say what you think.
