We are excited to have recently launched our new Purpose statement for the EMEA Region: Powered by our People, Passionate about our Future.
Developed with input from colleagues across EMEA, our regional Purpose is an expression of who we are and what unites us. It recognises that our people are at the heart of everything we do. At our plants, sites and offices, our colleagues power Cemex every day and shape the future we are building together. We all play a part, no matter our role.

To celebrate our new Purpose, we are running a competition for all employees – with prizes to be won! We want to hear how you power Cemex and make a positive difference.
Entries that meet our criteria will be put into a virtual hat, with three winners drawn at random. Each of the three winners will receive a £50 Amazon Gift Voucher.
Please send your entries to: [email protected]. The closing date is Thursday 24th September 2026. Entry is free of charge and open to all employees of Cemex who meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Employees must submit either a 30-second video or a head-and-shoulders photo with full written answers explaining who they are, what they do, and a short summary of how they power Cemex – around two sentences.
