Emma Housley, Internal Sales Rep Asphalt Sales.  Emma received positive feedback from the guys at John Williams. They paid her a massive thank you for all the effort she has put into their account over the past few months and the focus she gave to building relationships with the Site Agent which they very much appreciated. The company are now looking forward to working closer with Emma in the future.

Emma has a great can-do attitude towards tasks and targets, and she is always eager to win work for her plants. She has a wonderful way of building rapport, staying in tune to their needs and delivering a high standard of service. Emma has a wealth of knowledge especially on the technical side and loves to share this with the team.  Emma achieved her SIP target, a well-deserved achievement. She has put in hard work and effort to make it happen, often pushing her self-outside of her comfort zone. Emma then went above and beyond her targets by helping other employees achieve theirs. She gave the girls tips and showed them where to find information that could deliver the results they were looking for.

Emma is an asset to the Asphalt Team, motivated, authentic and positively engaged – serving as a true inspiration.

Ian Phillips, Technical Manager, Dove Holes.  Ian has been extremely helpful during the changes in the business. Despite not covering the Midlands he has been forthcoming and extremely helpful. He has turned around requests quickly for internal sales and external sales alike. His efforts really have been above and beyond, even turning requests around out of hours.
