Last week saw the first meeting of the new European Comms and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) teams and they topped off a great two days in Poland by kicking off the Global Volunteer Program ‘UNITE’ at the Educational Centre for the blind people in Laski near Warsaw. 

The Centre educates blind children from their first months of life until they receive BA and Vocational Degrees to enable them to live independently and responsibly in their adult life.

As a team they painted the Centre’s library.  This small gesture will hopefully help improve the quality of wellbeing of the Centre’s students in their daily school activities.

It was a great way to put into action some of the CSR sentiments of the conference.
