• Floor tape now used to delineate 2m stand-offs in offices, weighbridges, canteens, corridors etc.
• Hand sanitiser provided in all workstations.
• Excess chairs removed from the canteen, one chair per table and staggered breaks.
• Meeting room set out with two chairs and floor tape ensuring any necessary inductions carried out with physical distancing.
• Clocking in/out suspended to discourage operatives congregating in one area and the handling of clock cards.
• Load out cards sanitised on each use.
• One man/one machine.
• Reinforcing the 2m separation rule with employees, it is very easy during conversation to forget this.
