Remember to help prevent cyber fraud and hacking by following the password best practice outlined in the poster at the end of this UKNews or in the download section on the website. Passwords are one of the most common ways to access secure systems.  Make sure your password is hard to guess, contains at least 8 characters using a mixture of letters, symbols, numbers and upper and lower case.

See the list of the most common passwords and try to avoid using them!  These suggestions include your personal internet use as well as company use too!
